Marissa: Seth, you're in my room.
Seth: Yeah..
Marissa: How'd you get in here ?
Seth: I uh took a left at the grato, and then I hopped the fernicular to the dumb waiter. This is a.. nice place.
Marissa: So what're you doing in here ?
Seth: Well, when I have a problem Marissa I like to talk about incessantly.. yeah no that's it I just think I burned out anyone else who will listen so - uh-hm, is now a bad time.
Marissa: I'm game.
Seth: So.. I think I really messed things up with Summer last night.. hurt her pretty bad.
Marissa: Yeah, you did.
Seth: Ok not gonna sugar coat this one.. huh.
Marissa: Not for you! Look if you really wanna be her friend.. then maybe you should think about.. just apologising, you know say you were sorry.
Seth: Yeah I know, I know sounds so simple when you say it.
Marissa: I think that's a good place to start.
Seth: Ok, uh do you happen'a know where Summer is right now, I jus have this thing that I gotta tell her.
Marissa: Yeah, she's at the club having lunch with her dad.
Seth: Oh yeah the father.. cool well I'm just gonna y'know uh-hm.
Marissa: Whoa Seth you know what, don't go there now just uh give her some space.
Seth: Yeah space totally, I know.
Marissa: Hey do you know where Ryan is, cause we had fun last night an I just thought maybe..
Seth: Ryan's actually at school doing his physics homework.
Marissa: School ?
Seth: Yeah I don't know he's kind of a dork now.

vieux démons. Dans ce monde, Summer est la même bimbo
que dans la saison 1. Un épisode très original pour le dernier
de tous les Chrismukkah californien.

ici. Summer qui finit par avouer au grand public qu'elle
sort avec la plus gros nerd de tout Harbor, et Seth qui
lui déclare son amour devant tous les lycéens. And all

Brad: This kid botherin you Summer ?
Summer: No its ok thanks.

Summer: Cohen you're making a scene.

Seth: Cause Summer I like you, this much, and if you don't feel the same way about me then, someone's gonna have'ta give me a hand down because it's really high up here an I could fall and that would be embarrassing, more embarrassing.

The Distance
Marissa est allongée au bord de la piscine, Ipod on. Mère et fille
devaient se rendre à un cours de gym, mais Marissa ne semble
pas motivée pour un après midi avec la terrible Julie Cooper. Une
dispute entre Juju et Fashion Girl comme on en avait jamais vu,
et qui nous vaut le cri le plus délirant de toute la série !

Julie: Marissa, you're not even ready ! (Marissa lui fait signe qu'elle n'entend pas) Take your headphones off. (encore) I said take your headphones off !
Marissa: (Julie lui éteint son ipod) I was listening to that mom.
Julie: We were supposed to live for cardio bar fifteen minutes ago.
Marissa: Oh, well.. sorry (elle le rallume).
Julie: Fine, I'm taking this away and you're grounded.
Marissa: (elle se lève) What are you talking about ? You can't ground me !
Julie: I most certainly can because I will not spend another minute living like this, all summer long you've ignored me acting like I don't even exist..
Marissa: I wish.
Julie: What did you say ? Why do we have to keep doing this, honey instead of shutting me out just tell me what's bothering you.
Marissa: You really wanna know what's bothering me, do you, do you really wanna know what's on my mind ?

Le comeback de Mini Coop ! Un épisode riche en
évenements, en effet. Kaitlin qui a bien grandit, alors
qu'elle nous avait quittée dans la saison 1 on lui con-
-naissait un goût prononcé pour les chevaux.

Kaitlin: So, I show up at my house to surprise my mom and this Persian dude answers the door.
Ryan: I'm sorry ?
Kaitlin: I figured he was the new butler. But, then I saw his shoes – Prada. I thought, maybe he's my new stepdad ? And I was about to like, hug him, and then his wife shows up. And no matter how rich the guy is, my mother would never join a harem.
Ryan: Uh, I don't think....
Kaitlin: So I was like, Persian dude, what are you doing at my house ? And where is my mother ? And he was all like, who's your mother ? So I told him. And he tells me that my mother moved and that all the mail is being forwarded here.
Ryan: Uh, I think that you may have...
Kaitlin: Are you gonna invite me in or what ? Jeeze Ryan. I see Newport hasn't improved your manners at all.
Ryan: Oh my god..
Seth: Oh my god, Kaitlin Cooper !
Kaitlin: Weird neighour kid, hi.
